Best crepe ever

Today at the Squat & Gobble in San Francisco, I had the best crepe
I've ever had. Sorry, Paris.
This crepe had spinach, onions, capers, artichokes, tomatoes,
tarragon, fontina cheese and sundried tomato pesto.
I'll be attempting to recreate this experience at a later date. Maybe
in approximately 3 hours.
